1.1 Appointments at Dermaesthetica by Dr Saba Raja can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly.
1.2 Your journey with Dermaesthetica begins with a one-to-one consultation with Dr Saba Raja. During your consultation, your skin will be assessed, your concerns and treatment goals discussed, and suitable treatment options recommended.
1.3 Where clinically appropriate and sufficient appointment time is available, treatment may be carried out on the same day as your consultation.
1.4 A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
1.5 The £50 booking fee is redeemable against treatment where applicable and must be redeemed against treatment within 28 days.
1.6 Appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
2.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
2.2 Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made by contacting Dermaesthetica directly.
2.3 Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice will result in a £50 cancellation fee.
2.4 Booking deposits are non-refundable. Where applicable, the booking deposit may be redeemed against treatment in accordance with the terms set out above.
2.5 We understand that circumstances can change; however, our cancellation policy helps us manage appointment availability fairly and ensures that appointment times can be offered to other patients where possible.
3.1 We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause you to arrive late for your appointment.
3.2 If you anticipate being late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
3.3 Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled if there is insufficient time to provide the consultation or treatment safely and to the appropriate standard.
3.4 Where an appointment is cancelled due to an arrival of more than 15 minutes late, the £50 fee will still apply.
4.1 If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.
4.2 A further booking fee may be required before another appointment can be secured.
4.3 Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations being placed on your ability to book future appointments with Dermaesthetica.
5.1 A £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
5.2 The booking fee is non-refundable but is redeemable against eligible treatment within 28 days, subject to this Appointment & Booking Policy.
5.3 Any remaining balance for treatments or services provided by Dermaesthetica is payable at the time of your appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed.
5.4 Treatment costs and any additional fees will be explained during the booking process, consultation or before treatment is carried out.
5.5 No treatment will be carried out without your agreement to the treatment plan and associated costs.
6.1 All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment.
6.2 Attending a consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable or provided.
6.3 Dr Saba Raja will recommend treatment based on your individual needs, medical history, skin condition and desired outcome.
6.4 Dermaesthetica reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsuitable or not in your best interests.
7.1 Dermaesthetica reserves the right to update or amend this Appointment & Booking Policy when required.
7.2 Any updated policy will take effect once published on our website.
